My experiences fall into three categories. Most recently, there are projects that I have done as part of my Carnegie Mellon HCI studies. Besides that, I have highlighted interesting projects from my previous work. Finally, there is software that I have produced either as part of my work, studies or hobbies, most of which is available to download either in installable or source code form.

Carnegie Mellon HCI Studies
Visual Spider for Mac OS X. Auditing personal computers for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as Social Security Numbers, credit card numbers and other similar data.
Middle School Math. A semester group project to explore the feasibility of web-based tools for middle school after-school math tutoring.
Microwave control panel. Re-evaluating the usability of a crowded control panel and suggesting an alternative based on automation and designing for older adults.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich booklet. A communication design exercise involving creation of illustrations and layout.
Work
Skype community management. General oversight of blogs and forums, managing platforms, producing content.
Skype web team. Managing a team that produced all aspects of Skype’s static and dynamic web and payment sites.
Skype for Linux. Launching the client application on a new platform, coordinating the work of the development team.
Tallinn ID-ticket. Managing the website of an advanced municipal electronic public transport ticketing system.
ID card and digital signature. Being part of the team that launched a nationwide advanced identification document and its electronic applications.

Moodgeist. A personal client-server research experiment involving Skype mood message data.
Flickr Downloadr. An easy way to download photosets from Flickr.
