To support the internal business procedures for change management, I implemented a bug/issue/ticket tracking system using PHP and MySQL. The system supported developer collaboration by moving a ticket through various stages in its lifecycle, easily querying the tickets based on any criteria, and user-friendly ticket adding and editing.
