Skype web team management

I co-managed the Skype dynamic and static web teams. Together, these teams were responsible for all aspects of Skype web presence production and deployment, including maintaining the skype.com web site as well as developing internal and external tools and interfaces to support business processes on Skype web store.
I was responsible for project prioritizing and scheduling, and supporting team members to ensure smooth flow of projects from architecture/design to content production, technical development, QA, deployment and maintenance. I also worked with external parties (payment providers) and developed some technical site components myself where need be. Another aspect of my work involved expanding the team through hiring and keeping the team happy and productive through individual support to team members, as well as group meetings and events.
My major accomplishments during this work were enabling PayPal payments on the site, and launching the internal and external workflows for SkypeIn and Skype Voicemail purchasing and support.
